The Isu LGA Chapter of the apex youth body in Orlu Zone, Orluzurumee Youth Assembly (OYA) has commended the food intervention initiative of Hon. Chuba Ohams (Onwa), Rt Hon. Chief Mrs. Ngozi Obiefule, and Rt. Hon. Ugonna Ozuruigbo as they have shown great love and capacity in the face of the dreaded historic Covid-19 pandemic.
The LGA Coordinator of the organization, Comr. Chiemezie G. Ozurumba made the commendation in Isu LGA while observing the palliative packages and programmes in Isu local Government. He appreciated the benefactors and benefactress for respectively providing one of the most essential amenities of life.
“This is not time to play politics of revenge or victimization of perceived political opponents; rather time to share love, fast and pray, believing God for divine Intervention”, he stated.
The coordinator also commended some villages, communities and other well meaning individuals who have even behind the camera also put grins to the faces or so many lives of the vulnerable inhabitants of Isu Local Government Area, while describing the program as unique and indeed life touching, following the door to door strategy of distribution and sharing which was undertaken by the donors.
He prayed God to bless all donors while calling on all the beneficiaries to remember them in their private prayers and to support their future political activities and leadership roles.
