The 2023 Flagbearer of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) For the Mbaitoli/Ikeduru Federal Constituency Elections & Apex Leader of the Party in Imo State, Comrade Chinonso Uba Nonsonkwa, has stated that his Party the ADC is open to all political parties wishing to join the party in Mbaitoli/ Ikeduru Federal Constituency .
Nonsonkwa made this known to newsmen in his office at Egbeada Ubommiri Mbaitoli LGA when over thirty new members of ADC in Mbaitoli & Ikeduru LGAs paid him a courtesy visit as the Face of ADC in Imo State and in particular Mbaitoli/Ikeduru Local Government Areas.
He reiterated that the party is an accommodating one that promotes the principle of Due process, Fairness and Intergrity in politicking.
He made it known that the Coalition Is the only weapon to remove the ruling party whose policies have stiffled the economy, destroyed the Intergrity of Nigeria and made starvation and hunger a daily curse to the suffering masses of the country.
Nonsonkwa maintained that no meaningful development would occur in the face of reoccurring security challenges across the nation given the lack of security strategy employees by the Tinubu’s administration.
He urged the new members to tender their resignation from their old parties and write a letter of application to their various ADC LGA Chairmen in Mbaitoli and Ikeduru, because this is how ADC works!
He made it clear that ADC is not an average Nigeria Party where anything goes, insisting that the party does not play crude or cunning politics.
Nonsonkwa welcomed them to the party and assured them of better days ahead under the ablle leadership of Prof James Okoroma the State Party Chairman.
In his response, Chief Bede Nwannekaibeya from Ikeduru, thanked Nonsonkwa for his consistency and dedication to ADC over the years ,describing him as the reason they all want to join the ADC.
He assured Nonsonkwa of their unalloyed royalty to his political ideologies,promising to bring more people to the ADC Family.
As an Apex Leader of the Party, Nonsonkwa assured them of level playing ground in the party and advised them to remain abiding to the rules of the Party as programmes would soon be released for party activities at all levels.
