The immediate past Lawmaker who represented Oguta State Constituency at the Imo State House of Assembly (9th House), Hon. Barr. Prince Frank Onyebuchi Ugboma has congratulated the erstwhile Deputy Governor of Imo State, Engr. Gerald Irona on his 59th birthday anniversary.
