The Imo State Government’s preparations for the 2025 Ahiajioku lecture are gaining momentum, and Stanley Amuchie, Executive Director at Fidelity Bank PLC and a respected community leader in Imo State, has praised Governor Hope Uzodinma for his efforts and the caliber of individuals selected for the Planning Committee.
During the committee’s inauguration in Owerri on July 3rd, Amuchie who is the Deputy Chairman of the Ahiajioku Planning Committee expressed admiration for the esteemed members of the committee, noting that the governor’s selection reflects his understanding of the lecture’s significance to the Igbo community and its global perspective.
According to him, having reviewed the list of committee members compiled by the governor, he is persuaded to believe that the governor understands the importance of the lecture to the Igbo race and the worldview of the Igbos.
Amuchie commended the distinguished professors and political leaders who attended the event, particularly extending gratitude to Deputy Governor Her Excellency, Mrs. Chinyere Ekomaro. He highlighted the committee members’ achievements and contributions to the state’s growth, thanking them for their commitment.
Amuchie charged the committee members to leverage their expertise and experience to ensure the event’s success, which would bring pride to the state and recognition for their outstanding efforts. By doing so, he emphasized that the committee’s work would yield excellent results, reflecting positively on the state.
