The Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO), will on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 hold its 39th Inaugural Lecture at the C.O.E. Onwuliri Conference Hall located in the university premises.
A release signed by the Vice Chancellor of the institution Prof Nnenna Otti and Prof B.O. Esonu, Chairman, University Lecture Series Committee and University Orator indicates that Emeka .C. Oguzie, a Professor of Electrochemistry and Material Science in the Department of Chemistry, School of Physical Sciences, (FUTO) will speak on the topic, “Nature-inspired Materials Protection: Bridging Degradation Science and the Green Energy Revolution”.
The release also invites members of the university community and the general public to the event.
