The National Treasurer of the Non-Academic Staff Union of Universities (NASSU), Sir Uchenna Nwokeji, has congratulated Prof. Ikechukwu Dozie on his emergence as the new Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO). He also congratulated the outgoing Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Nnenna Otti, on the successful completion of her remarkable five-year tenure at the university.
Nwokeji, in two separate congratulatory messages he signed, expressed confidence in Prof. Dozie’s ability to excel in his new assignment, given his wealth of experience and proven track record. He prayed that God would grant him the wisdom, strength, and wherewithal to perform creditably in office.
In the same vein, he extolled Prof. Otti’s qualities as a seasoned administrator, under whose leadership FUTO enjoyed peace, progress, industrial harmony, and significant development in all spheres.
He prayed for God’s continued protection over her and wished her success in her future endeavours.
