Orluzurumee , the apex umbrella body of all socio-cultural groups in Orlu senatorial district has authorized the opening of a chapter or branch of the Association in far away Germany.

In a letter of approval and recognition duly signed by the National President of the Organization, Chief Emeka Diwe and his National Secretary, Elder Rich Chukwukere and equally endorsed by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Professor Francis Dike (SAN), dated February 8, 2020, the Association stated that she has granted the request to open a branch in Germany following the spirited efforts of Orlu people in Germany to co-operate with those at home towards the welfare and development of the zone.

The letter reads in part, “following the spirited efforts by Orlu people in Germany to organize themselves and create a platform for brainstorming and addressing issues of collective interest to our people, we are pleased to inform you that the request for the creation of “Orluzurumee in Germany” has been granted”.

The letter further states that “it is our desire to unite Orlu people all over the world for the progress of our land and by this recognition our brothers and sisters in Germany have joined the league of partners in that progress”.

The union at home assured the newly established and recognized chapter of every necessary support from home in the course of achieving their lofty vision while extending their goodwill and best regards to the members in Germany.
