The Special Adviser to the Governor on sanitation who doubles as General Manager of the State Environmental Transformation Company (ENTRACO), MacDonald Kelechi Ebere, has confirmed that the monthly environmental sanitation exercise will hold on Saturday, April 25, 2020.
The release states that “there will be restriction of movements in the State between the hours of 7am to 10am except for those on essential duties.
Imolites are urged to turn out en masse for effective participation as this will make our environment healthier especially at this time of urgent need to sanitize our environment against the wild spreading Covid-19 pandemic from coming into Imo State. as a result Sanitation Mobile Courts have been established to try defaulters to this directive.
