Emmanuel Okewulonu Picks PDP Expression Of Interest, Nomination Forms For Okigwe Senate,Promises To Capture Seat For Party

Yesterday,19th day of August 2020, A Frontline PDP Senatorial aspirant for the vacant Imo north Senatorial District otherwise known Okigwe Zone, Chief Emmanuel Okewulonu picked the Expression of interest and nomination forms to run for the Senate Seat.


Chief Okewulonu who is popularly known as IKEOHA OBOWO, declared his ambition to run for the Okigwe Zone Senatorial District Election after he was asked to contest by Some good spirited youths in the zone and he gave in to the pleas after he duly consulted his God, family members, his friends, leaders, stakeholders in the zone and most importantly Ndi Okigwe Zone in general months ago.


To make his aspirations and that of other well meaning Okigwe Sons and Daughters come true, the Avutu Obowo born Businessman earlier yesterday picked the People’s Democratic Party’s interest form at the PDP National Secretariat  Wadata Plaza Abuja.

Speaking to journalists shortly after purchase of form, the Okigwe zone Philanthropist Thanked God Almighty for the grace and gift of life. He said, “I have made myself available for the job, I have finally shown to my people that I have answered the call. I have come to change the narratives, to give our people the needed representation and a quality one. My mission is to make a change and as a businessman, I will bring my wealth of experience to take our zone to an enviable level”.


Chief Okewulonu urged the PDP Delegates in the zone to give him their support as he has everything to win the seat for them and Ndi Okigwe who have over the years experienced poor representation. 
He concluded by saying, he has enjoyed massive support and Goodwill from all the six local government Areas in Okigwe Zone. “God’s willing, we will smile again and Okigwe will rise again”, he concluded.
