• Says Imolites Already Rejected APC

The South East Zonal National Vice Chairman of Labour Party LP, Chief Innocent Okeke, has charged the newly inaugurated state executive of the party, led by Barr Callistus Ihejiagwa to guide their loins and get ready to wrestle power out from the All Progressive Congress APC and Senator Hope Uzodinma, who he said, have brought the State and her people to their knees, as a result of bad, inept and purposeless governance.

Okeke, who stated this, while inaugurating the new executive led by Barr Callistus Ihejiagwa, regretted that Imo State has never had it so bad. He urged them to shun divisive tendencies, and work with unity of purpose to achieve set objectives.

He further stated that, ‘’Imolites are already tired  fed up with the shenanigans of the Hope Uzodinma administration that seems to have lost steam and its willingness to mortgage their collective interests on the altar of pecuniary benefits of its leaders.

‘’Let me inform you today, that Imo people are prayerfully expecting the inauguration of Senator Athan Achonu as the Governor of the state, come November, 11, because he is a wealth creation expert who will bring his globally acclaimed experience in wealth creation to bear in the administration of the state’’.

He urged them to run an all inclusive tenure that will be transparent and also carry every person along without prejudice, sentiment or ulterior motives.

Okeke also assured the new executive of the support and encouragement of the National leadership of the party.
