The Nwangele Stakeholders have adopted Governor Hope Uzodimma as their sole Governorship candidate in the Forthcoming Governorship election in the state.

Nwangele Stakeholders led by the Deputy Speaker of Imo state House of Assembly, Rt Hon Amara Chyna Iwuanyawu, is a platform of all political, Religious, Community, Students, Women, Youths and Special Citizens leaders in Nwangele Local Government Area.

Nwangele Stakeholders during their Meeting held at the Deputy Speaker’s Lodge on 29th June, 2023,  collectively resolved and declared Nwangele Local Government Area as no go area for opposition parties come November 11th Governorship election in the state.

Nwangele Stakeholders through a  motion adopted Governor Hope Uzodimma as their Sole Governorship candidate in Nwangele LGA, pointing  out that Nwangele will continue to support and partner with Governor Hope Uzodimma shared prosperity Government. 

They argued  that  Governor Uzodimma has done marvelously in Imo State and should be re elected to consolidate his numerous achievements so far in the state.

They maintained that Nwangele  Local Government has benefited immensely from Governor Hope Uzodimma administration, adding that come 11th November Nwangele people have no other candidate excerpt Hope Uzodimma.

They  noted Governor Uzodimma has deep  commitment and support towards Nwangele development, stressing that Nwangele people will reward Governor Uzodimma for all his love, care and support for Nwangele people with massive votes across all the Polling units in the area.

Nwangele Stakeholders noted  that Governor Hope Uzodimma has proven that it is possible to have good and durable roads across the state, pointing out that he has  rekindled all the  rudiments of good and accountable governance in Imo state.

They  insisted that Uzodimma within his First tenure has achieved rare feat which surpassed achievements of his predecessors in the state overtime.

According to them, “Governor Hope Uzodimma has  rekindled the rudiments of good and accountable governance in Imo state, improved Imo workers’ welfare, education, security, trade/industry, quality road-infrastructure, youth empowerment, among other benevolent policies with positive bearing on the lives of Nwangele people.”

 Prominent Nwangele political, Religious and Community leaders who  were in attendance at the Stakeholders meeting in their speeches Vowed  to collectively ensure that Gov hope Uzodimma is re elected for second Term in office come 11th November in Nwangele LGA.
