— Showcases Dibiagwu’s Matchless Achievements In Two Years
The Imo Progressives Movement (IPM) celebrates its National Convener and Facilitator, Hon. Eugene Okechukwu Dibiagwu, on his remarkable two-year milestone as a federal lawmaker representing Ohaji-Egbema, Oguta, and Oru West Federal Constituency.

Imo Progressives Movement (IPM), revealed that Dibiagwu has shattered expectations, delivering transformational representation with precision and passion.
Opurozor noted that Dibiagwu’s governance footprint is bold, and his impact is indelible, adding that through strategic infrastructure development, educational interventions, economic empowerment, and humanitarian initiatives, he has improved the lives of thousands of constituents.
He highlighted some notable achievements of the Lawmaker which includes:
– Flagging off and completing massive road construction projects,
– Paying WAEC registration fees for thousands of students,
– Empowering young constituents with fully-equipped buses, sewing machines, grinding machines, and motorcycles,
– Distributing ₦500,000 in cash to numerous beneficiaries,
– Enrolling 3,000 constituents into the Imo State Health Insurance Scheme.
He stated that legislatively, Hon. Dibiagwu has made significant contributions, including sponsoring a groundbreaking constitutional amendment bill.
His words, Legislatively, Hon. Dibiagwu has carved his name in gold. Among his many impactful bills and motions, one has stood out as groundbreaking: a constitutional amendment seeking to mandate Presidents and Governors to attach portfolios to the lists of their ministerial and commissioner nominees. This bill, which has passed Second Reading, is receiving national acclaim for its potential to enhance transparency, reduce cronyism, and promote merit-based designation of portfolios.
