Orluzurumee, the apex umbrella socio-cultural organization of the entire Orlu zone has lauded Governor Hope Uzodinma for prioritizing road infrastructure and other developmental projects he has executed for the good of Imo people.
Hon Ugochukwe Nzekwe, President General of Orluzurumee, a former two term member for Nkwerre State Constituency in the Imo state House of Assembly who also doubles as the Chairman, Former House of Assembly Members Association (FOMIHA) in a release he issued dated June 24, commended the governor for his inspiring state of Imo address, which he eloquently delivered to commemorate his 18 months in office for a second tenure. Ugochukwu, said the compelling state wide broadcast showcased the Governor’s love and commitment to the welfare of Imo people.
“In a compelling statewide broadcast on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma, Governor of Imo State, once again demonstrated statesmanship of the highest order. His address, loaded with substance and forward-looking initiatives, captured the heartbeat of governance with a focus on security, economic revitalization, infrastructure development, healthcare reform, and international partnerships”.
The group also commended what the governor said about ensuring uninterrupted power supply in the state through the light up Imo project which according to them would be a game changer that has the potential to fast track massive industrial and economic growth.
“Security challenges, once a major source of concern, are now being tackled with renewed vigor and strategic intelligence. Infrastructure projects are springing up across the state, visibly transforming communities. Our healthcare system is experiencing a new lease of life.
