God’s People Network Organization, officially known as God’s Democratic Movement (GDM), has fixed Saturday, August 23, 2025, for the grand inauguration ceremony of its State Executive Council leadership in Owerri, Imo State.
Guided by GDM’s divine principle that “The Fear of God is the Beginning of Wisdom,” and under the visionary leadership of its Founder and Director General, Hon. Engr. Chukwuemeka Sheriff Amajuoyi, the movement is set to formally unveil its mission and vision statements, inaugurate its State Executive Council, and officially launch the Local Government Teams, 305 Ward Captains, Elders Council, Prayer Team, and Students’ Wing.
The historic gathering will also feature the recognition and honour of the Distinguished Chief Guest of Honour, Dr. Mazi Chima Matthew Amadi (Gburugburu), for his contributions to leadership and democratic development.
The event is scheduled to take place at St. James Anglican Church Shepherd Hall, Uzzi, by Mbaise Road, Owerri, beginning at 11:00AM prompt.
The event is facilitated byis proudly the organization’s Diaspora Ambassador and Chairman, Board of Trustees, Hon. Egbukichi Clement Chibueze (Ajibo).
According to the leadership of GDM, the organization is a collective platform for conscious democrats committed to justice, human rights, the rule of law, and God-centered leadership.
Its vision is to build a society where governance is anchored on integrity, equity, and service to humanity.
The mission focuses on grassroots enlightenment, mentorship of God-fearing leaders, and the promotion of truth, morality, and accountability in governance.
As the movement prepares for its inauguration, the leadership reaffirmed its unwavering belief that only leaders guided by the fear of God can bring about the transformational change Nigeria urgently requires.
