ODINLO COMMENDS UZODINMA ON MASSIVE INFRASTRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENT
-EXPRESSES INTEREST IN COUNSELLING COUPLES ON MARRIAGE, GOOD PARENTING
A United States based social worker Ms. Julie Mike Odinlo, has commended the Governor of Imo state,Senator Hope Uzodinma, on this landmark achievements, particularly in the area of massive infrastructural development.
Odinlo, who expressed her view in a chat with this reporter, said, that Governor has surpassed the expectations of Imo people who, from all indications are pleasantly surprised, adding that her stay in Imo for the past one and half years now, is an eye-opener that has given her the opportunity to X-ray what Governor Uzodinma has done that made Imo people to celebrate and throw their weight behind the 3R shared prosperity administration.
Odinlo, recalled that she and others mobilized support for Governor Uzodinma at a time most people did not share their vision,today,everyone is delighted with the monumental achievements he has recorded in barely six years.
Commenting on her pet project the renowned social worker recounted her experience when she was in coma for 3months.
“My survival is what motivated me to dedicate the rest of my life towards counseling couples on how to sustain lasting and well structured married life and placing a premium on proper result oriented parenting that will culminate in raising responsible and godly children who will be worthy ambassadors of their families and the society at large”.
She expressed deep concern over recent developments in Imo state and the country at large, pointing out that peaceful homes are the foundation of a good society.
“My recent survey indicates that these are couples who have lived together for several years, have grown up children but yet, are not officially married. This is completely bad and breeds immorality. I therefore urge parents to be watchful and at the same time, prioritize the upbringing of their children, as that is the only way to ensure a peaceful, fair and just society”.
