The member, representing Owerri Municipal Council State Constituency in the Imo State House of Assembly, on Tuesday March 17, 2026, sponsored a Bill for the establishment of the Imo State Digital Technology Polytechnic, Owerri.
The Bill chiefly sponsored by Hon Amadi and sixteen other members which seeks to offer full-time and part-time courses in Technology and Management related disciplines and also provide the general administration of the Polytechnic and Spread of Digital Knowledge in the state has passed first reading.
