The All People’s Party (APP) candidate for the Orlu, Orsu and Oru East Federal Constituency of Imo State, Chief Stephen C.Y. Uwaezuoke, has congratulated the member representing Ideato North/Ideato South Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Ikenga Ugochinyere, on his emergence as the overall best-performing lawmaker in Orlu Zone, according to the Legislative Performance Assessment Report unveiled by the Orlu Youth Assembly (OYA).
In a congratulatory message personally signed by him, Uwaezuoke described the recognition as a well-deserved honour that reflects Ugochinyere’s dedication to effective representation, quality service delivery, and the welfare of his constituents and the people of Orlu Zone.
Uwaezuoke, a graduate of Southern University, Louisiana, USA, with a Master’s degree in Computer Science, commended the Orlu Youth Assembly for conducting an objective assessment of the performance of elected lawmakers across the zone.
The Umori Amato, Eziachi, Orlu Local Government Area-born United States-based industrialist, programmer, systems analyst, and database administrator, who is also a member of Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges, said the findings of the report align with public opinion and the general perception of the lawmakers’ performance.
He expressed confidence that Ugochinyere would continue to provide quality representation and remain committed to the development and welfare of his constituents.
