The family of the late Pa Anuobi Ofurum of Umuokocha Umuehihie Uzoagba in Ikeduru Local Government Area of Imo State has issued a public notice warning individuals against dealing with a piece of land at Eluama Umuehihie Uzoagba.
According to the notice, Mr Ernest Ndabrinze and his family from Umueziogu Uzoagba have been farming on the land which belongs to the family of Late Pa Anuobi Ofurum. The family has asked Mr Ndabrinze and his family to vacate the land after harvesting their crops this year.
The notice states that the land at Eluama is not for sale and any individual or group of individuals who buys or transacts with Mr Ernest Ndabrinze or any member of his family over the land does so at their own risk.
The family has warned the public to beware of dealing with Mr Ndabrinze or his family members over the disputed land.
