The immediate past Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Imo State Sir Macdonald Ebere PhD, has taken a swipe at the ex-Director General, Public Complaints Commission in Imo state, Barr Willie Amadi over what many see as very scathing remarks against the former. Ebere, obviously responding to Amadi’s veiled statement credited to Amadi, in a recent newspaper publication where he insinuated that he (Ebere) cannot be Uzodinma’s successor because he is deficient in a lot of areas, said, “Willie Amadi presently is politically leprose, inconsequential and desperately seeking political relevance by deliberately joining issues with Hon Sir Macdonald, whose track record is unblemished”.
Ebere, who disclosed this in a release he personally signed and made available to newsmen yesterday said, “It is highly regrettable that Sir Ebere has not told any person that he intends to contest the 2027 election wondered why the likes of Amadi, who are pathologically jealous are making such outrageous statements that are currently neither here nor there.’
The release reads in part, “Willie Amadi presently, is politically leprose and inconsequential in all political calculations; but advertently seeking political relevance by besmirching the impeccable character of Hon. Sir Macdonald Ebere PhD, who served our great Party APC/Imo State impeccably with open mindedness.
It should also be noted too, that Hon. Sir Macdonald Ebere PhD, hasn’t told anybody that he has the intention to run for guber election in 2027, so Willie Amadi should extricate himself from the unholy garb of jealousy/ventilation of mendacious information against innocent people, with particular reference to Hon. Sir Macdonald Ebe`re PhD.
Social Scientists always say ” For anything to happen, there must be an environmental factor ” ; This veracious assertion found eloquent expression in the legion of Ukwa’s facts dehydrated or perforated allegations against Sir Macdonald Ebere PhD.
The watery attacks by Willie Amadi is occasioned by the mental/psychological injury he sustained, when his aspiration for APC State Chairmanship position was sequestrated by the emergence of Hon. Sir Macdonald Ebere PhD, as the elected APC State Party Chairman in the State Congress that produced the latter.
So in line with the synopsis of the above explication on Environment factor, I make bold with all temerity, with all vehemence and with all conviction to say that Ukwa’s attack on Sir Macdonald Ebere PhD is veiled in jealousy, envy and decked with malice.
The truth remains that Ukwa is not God and should be advised congruently to mind his business and leave Hon. Sir Macdonald Ebere PhD alone”.
