The entire state LGA and ward leaders of the Imo Youths Political Forum (IYOPOF) have commended the 3R Government of Senator Hope uzodinma for placing priority on youth development and genuine empowerment of Imo Youths through the recent empowerment program launched in Imo state,which is being conducted at the Imo Youths Center.
Speaking with Newsmen in Owerri,the Convener of the Group,Unuegbu Victor Wallace affirmed that the Governor’s bold step has clearly shown him as not only youth friendly governor , but one who is committed to reducing the high level of unemployment among the youths in the state .They used the medium to appeal to all young men and women of Imo state to support the efforts and initiatives of the government of shared prosperity under Sen. Hope uzodinma.
They commended Hon Eric Uwakwe who is the SSA to the Governor on Youths Affairs for his contributions, especially his resolve to carry all Imo Youths along, irrespective of party affiliation.They attested that Uwakwe assured all Imo youths of transparency and inclusiveness in the 3R government.
Speaking further,the group said,”having acknowledged the credibility of the scheme and the resolve of the government of shared prosperity to run a youth friendly Government, we affirm our total support to the leadership of the SSA youth Affairs, Hon Eric Uwakwe and the 3R Government of Senator Hope uzodinma.”
