–      As General Overseer, Obiajunwa Calls For Intensive Prayers

Holy Spirit of God Sabbath Mission, Orogwe in Owerri West Local Government Area of Imo State celebrated the dual feasts of Passover and unleavened bread from Sunday, April 21 to Su7nday, April, 28, 2024, amidst pomp and pageantry, as the members dressed in their resplendent white garments obeyed God’s injunction as recorded in the book of Exodus chapter 12verses 5-25 and Leviticus chapter 23 verses 5-10.

The one day feast of Passover which climaxed with the symbolic eating of the Pascal ram was preceded by the eating of unleavened bread for 7 seven days as God, instructed the Jews to do from generation to generation to commemorate their miraculous exit from Egypt where they were enslaved for decades.

The feast offered opportunity for incisive and expository lectures and seminars by knowledgeable and experienced scholars who taught members the rudiments, dos and don’ts of the Jewish religion and the need to keep and honor the Sabbath day as ordained by God, contrary to the deceitful and misleading teachings and doctrine of present day Christendom.

The General Overseer of the Mission, High Priest Kingsley Obiajunwa and Senior Elder Hezekiah Vin Uzoagba who is fondly referred to as a walking encyclopedia because of his vast knowledge of the bible, the Tora, the Jewish religion and life generally taught members, guests, and others who attended the programme how to maintain cordial and fruitful relationship with the Almighty Yaweh who neither co-exists with, nor shares His glory with God the father, God the son and God the Holy Spirit as erroneously taught and disseminated by Christians in a bid to divert the attention of humanity from the truth.

They also backed up their teaching with several bible verses including Deut 6:4, Mt 6:5-10, Mark 12:28 e.t.c which traced the origin of false doctrine to the leaders of Ancient Rome, Greece and Portugal from where Christianity which was originally aimed at brain washing, indoctrinating and divesting Africans of their culture, tradition and heritage, leading ultimately to the success of the trans Atlantic trade that pauperized Africans and enrinched the Europeans who also bought slaves for cheap labour from Africa.

High Priest Obiajunwa while addressing journalists after the feast, urged leaders at all levels to always be sensitive to the needs of those they are leading and also enjoined the led to always pray for their leaders so that God will take control of their thoughts and actions for the good of the state, the country and the citizens.

The Chairman of the Mission, Senior Elder Uchenna Obinero, and Senior Apostle Samuel Obiajunwa in their separate speeches, at the end of the feast, prayed that the Almighty Yahweh who has been a beacon of light and pillar of support for His people, continues to guide, protect and sustain everybody till the next feast of Passover.

Some dignitaries present at the event include, the Chairman of the mission, Senior Elder Uchenna Obinero, Senior Elder Hezekiah Vin Uzoagba, a retired seasoned educationist, the Financial Secretary of the mission, Elder Christian Ejika, Elder Ebeh, a thorough bred police officer, Senior Apostle Samuel Obiajunwa, Levite Uriel Chukwu, Bro Okwuchukwu Ude, General Mother Onyinyechi Onyejiuwa, Mother Chidinma Obinero among others.
