“Says, “I Will Never Join APC Under Any Circumstance”
The National Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party Senator Samuel Nnaemka Anyanwu has debunked reports making the round in most print and electronic media, that he has concluded plans to join the All Progressive Congress APC through the back door.
The Amaimo, Ikeduru born political heavyweight and former Senator for Imo West Senatorial zone, in a disclaimer dated October, 2, signed by his Special Adviser on Media, Ikenna Onuoha PhD, said, their attention has been drawn to fake news circulated on the social media by a serial blackmailer, Onwasonja FCC Jones, an aide to Governor Hope Uzodinma, claimed that Samdaddy is negotiating to join the All Progressive Congress APC through the back door”.
“This story is as fake as the purveyor of the falsehood. It’s not only misleading, mischievous, and deceitful but entirely a hoax. The public should disregard it and view it as one of the APC’s criminal moves to score cheap political relevance.
Samdaddy has never imagined in his life the thought of joining a stinking and disorganized political party like the APC, whose leadership direction is shrouded in secrecy. It is worthy to inform these mischief-makers that the PDP remains the only party in Nigeria with viable leadership coordination and ready to offer Imo citizens and Nigerians the true dividends of democracy”.
Distinguished Senator Samuel Nnaemka Anyanwu, according to the statement, is presently focused on his job as the National Secretary of the PDP.
“The revered Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Samdaddy, is currently doing his job as the National Secretary of the PDP, the most popular political party in West Africa. Joining the APC at this period, when the party is greatly facing an image problem occasioned by a leadership crisis, will be the greatest political mistake ever made in the history of Nigeria’s politics.
What the APC in Imo State and beyond should do is to embark on social cleansing and make restitutions for its cruel, harmful, and insensitive administration. Until this is done, the people of Imo, nay, Nigerians will never take the party seriously”.
