A Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Ahiazu Mbaise L.G.A and Imo State, Evangelist Kelechi Kenneth Ihuoma has called on the people of Mbaise to throw their weight behind the present administration in the state ably led by His Excellency, Senator Hope Uzodinma to enable him succeed in office.

The Ahiazu Mbaise born successful businessman and humanitarian disclosed this while interacting with newsmen in Owerri on the happenings in the state especially within the Governor’s one year in office.

Evang. Ihuoma, the author of “my life,my testimonies”, “Sweet marriage,” Nigeria can get better and a host of other inspirational books, and also the initiator of the online programme titled: “Good morning Jesus Christ” reiterated that Governor Hope Uzodinma has done well in his first one year in office despite the challenges posed by covid-19 pandemic that affected the economy of almost the whole world.

Speaking further, the APC leader in Ahiazu Mbaise assured the three LGA’s that make up Mbaise namely; Aboh Mbaise, Ahiazu Mbaise and Ezinihitte Mbaise that Governor Hope Uzodinma is committed to govern the entire state equally without any form of marginalization or favoritism, stressing that Senator Uzodinma appointed many sons and daughters of Mbaise extraction into his cabinet to head key positions in his government. 

The party leader called on the people of Mbaise to support the Senator Hope Uzodinma led government in the state to enable them benefit immensely from the ‘Shared Prosperity’ agenda of the state government.

He further cautioned against being in the opposition but rather urged the people of Mbaise to embrace the ruling party, APC in the state and in the country in order to attract more dividends of democracy to the area. Evang. Kelechi Ihuoma opined that Mbaise people are in majority and can not afford to play minority role in the area of politics.

The political leader described the administration of Senator Hope Uzodinma as a people oriented government stressing that the 3R Mantra of the present administration which is Reconstruction, Recovery and Rehabilitation was designed to benefit all Imolites.

The All Progressive Congress stalwart also used the opportunity to applaud Governor Hope Uzodinma for his giant strides in the area of infrastructural development especially as regards road construction and rehabilitation in the state capital and across the entire state to give the state the face-lift it deserves. 

He expressed optimism that the good people of Mbaise will continue to benefit from the present administration in the state maintaining that the governor does not discriminate.
