Hence nothing justifies or is worth the spilling of human blood. Responding to a question, the PRO, Anthony Ukaigwe said, ‘’it is regrettable that Orlu that used to be a reference point in different aspects has become a theatre of blood, sorrow and tears. But that not withstanding, we will do our best to restore peace, normalcy and security of lives and property by working in synergy and liasing with relevant authorities. This will be our main focus for now because we can’t achieve much without security of lives and property. We all know that residents of most communities in Orlu have deserted their homes to seek refuge in other places as a result of insecurity. They need to return before we start talking of any other thing’’.
