The popularity and mass acceptance of Comrade Precious Nwadike, Labour Party candidate for Orlu State constituency was once again showcased at Central School field, Orlu community, where ‘’Umuada OrluGedegum’’ displayed their new cultural dance and also unveiled their new uniform.

The grand event which was attended by many prominent sons and daughters of Orlu had Comrade Precious Nwadike as the Special Guest of Honor.

Speaking shortly after displaying wonderful dance steps alongside the women to the admiration of all present, Comrade Nwadike commended the women for their initiative which according to him, will enhance peace, unity, understanding and mutual co-existence among them.

He urged them to use the ample opportunity provided by the upcoming election to correct the ills, docility and abysmal performance of the current representatives who he said have disappointed the electorate.

Nwadike wondered why the cartel that has held Orlu and her people hostage for so long is still fighting on all fronts to maintain the status  quo which is not only retrogressive but against the collective interest of Orlu people.

The youthful politician and renowned human rights activist enjoined the women to use their PVCs to ensure that their future and that of their children is pleasant by voting for   Labour Party.

He regretted that some desperate and greedy politicians in Imo State and beyond take delight in seeing their people suffer hunger, lack and deprivation, hence the only reason they don’t want Peter Obi.

He added that most of such leaders have  their families enjoy life to the fullest at the expense of those whose mandate they hold in trust. To this end, he urged them to deploy their PVCs towards enthroning more focused, committed and people-oriented governance which only the Labour Party and its crop of thorough bred candidates will guarantee.

He promised to support the women whenever they call on him while assuring them that he was motivated to join the race by his desire to change the narrative and ameliorate the plight of the constituents who he said, have never had it this bad before.

Nwadike also promised that if elected, he will prioritize the welfare of women and youths, stressing that if the myriad of challenges confronting the youths are addressed, it will, to a very large extent solve societal problems.
