The Hon Barr Ikeagwuonu Ugochinyere Annual Entrance Scholarship Scheme for qualified and deserving students has reportedly commenced in Ideato North and Ideato South Federal Constituency of Imo State.
The scheme, according to a release made available to Nigeria Watchdog Newspaper, is open to primary and secondary school graduates, including JSS 1, SSI and eligible year one students who have secured admission letters from recognized tertiary institutions.
The benefits of the scholarship scheme include, financial assistance to cover tuition and educational expenses, opportunities for networking with fellow scholars and professionals, guidance and mentorship from accomplished individuals.
The release further stated that “the application forms are free and available for collection at Ideal Concept Secondary School, Urualla on Phone Number +234 816 164 6339, St Dominic Savio Secondary School, Ntueke on phone Number, 234 806 388 8278.
“The forms are also available for collection at Roselec Secondary School, Akokwa, on Phone Number, 234 903 898 9713 from August, 29 to September,1, 2023”.
The examination will hold on September 9, 2023 at between 10am and 12noon. The venue of the examination for Ideato North is Roselec Secondary, Akokwa, while the venue for Ideato South is St Dominic Savio Secondary School, Ntueke”
