The aspirants of the All Progressive Congress (APC) of Mbaitoli/Ikeduru Federal Constituency extraction in the just concluded primaries of the party have reaffirmed their unwavering loyalty to the Governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodinma, the APC as a party and also pledged to support, mobilize and work relentlessly for the victory all candidates of the party in the forthcoming general elections.

They stated this in a communiqué they issued after a meeting held at the Shell Camp, Owerri residence of Hon Akarachi Amadi, representing Mbaitoli/Ikeduru Federal Constituency in the Federal House of Representatives.

The communiqué which was signed by the aspirants who were ali physically present at the meeting namely, Hon. Johnleoba Iheoha, Hon. Emmanuel Ebuka Ibe, Hon. Sir Chuks Anaele, Hon Sir Henry U. Igbokwe, Hon. Chantel Adanna Chinyere, Hon Chief Iheanacho Uboegbulem, Hon Innocent Ikpamezie, Hon Emma Duru, Hon. Dr. Elizabeth Chukwuezi, Hon. Dr Obinna Obi Very Rev. CNN Nwanebu, reads thus: “Following a strategic meeting of all aspirants of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Mbaitoli and Ikeduru Local Government Areas, held on the 23rd day of May, 2026, at the Shellcamp residence of the Honourable Member representing Mbaitoli/Ikeduru Federal Constituency, Hon Engr Akarachi Amadi, the aspirants unanimously resolved as follows:

1. That the aspirants reaffirm their unwavering loyalty to the Governor of Imo state, Dst. Sen. Hope Uzodimma and APC as a party and agree to remain in the party with every sense of humility, discipline, sportsmanship, and dedication to democratic values.

2. That, all aspirants from Mbaitoli Local Government Area have unanimously agreed to support the emergence of all aspirants of the state Assembly, House of Representatives, Senate and the President.

3. That all aspirants hereby pledge to work assiduously, mobilize their supporters, and throw their full weight behind the party’s candidates to ensure overwhelming victory for the APC in the forthcoming general elections”.
